As soon as we arrived, we ordered 4 ice lattes while enjoying swimming session with fams.. An hour later we need to pay the bill immediately coz there's a staff shift change... So the staff shift is also our concern and responsibility so they will have smooth cashier reports before they go home... Good hotel, bad shift service... My advice : when you arrived here, ask the reception about the staff hourly shift change so they will not bother your quality time in this hotel

Very strategic location close to the Mosque & Cianjur city center. All employees are friendly. Mr. Rangga (Room Boy) has a good attitude, works quickly and neatly.

The room is quite nice. A great place to stay. The only thing that bothers me the front exterior needs to be changed. It doesn't look like a hotel to me. I thought it was an old building. The breakfast needs more food choices. It lacks some western choices.

Diamond in the rough. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of Gino Feruci Cianjur. Sitting next to the pool you could mistake the hotel for being in some tropical destination like Bali! This relatively new hotel is centrally located in West Java with comfortable beds, clean rooms, and nice amenities. Breakfast buffet was superb. The staff were very accommodating and made us feel welcome. Only downside was WiFi not able to connect in the room. Thank you Gino Feruci.

The location quite strategic, near citimall (only one mall in Cianjur) The staff really kind and helpfull. Excellent service and quite fast response for our request. Clean Room, comfy, and complete ameties. You need to put on request if you want small towel, a little noisy from vehicle (especially if you want to open the windows). Maybe because our room facing street.

I stayed at room #322 & #323 (6 May 2022). Unfortunately, the room (#322) smells of cigarette smoke. It was clear that someone had smoked previously in the room. The position of the window was open when I am entering the room, indicates that someone (perhaps housekeeping staff?) already know and aware that the room has smoke smells. It’s also confirmed by the staff who sprayed the room. It’s been sprayed but the smell of cigarettes were still remains. I am very disappointed with this as I’ve requested non-smoking room & confirmed by the front desk. In addition, according to the hotel front desk staff, as well as mentioned in hotel information that all rooms are non smoking. Please take this comment as constructive feedback & make sure to check the rooms before hand. Thanks.

It's a bit different from the Gino Feruci elsewhere. My room has a window facing the dining room (why? why?? LoL) it feels really strange. The breakfast menu is very diverse and delicious. Staff service is also very good. The check-in process was fast, but when I checked out and asked for the bill it took a very long time.
